Gotomeeting - Real time collaboration
Different projects are now using GotoMeeting in combination with Topshare. And very successful. Once you get used to the very intuitive tool of Citrix (in many cases with Skype as telephone conferencing) you use it day in and day out. The costs are minimal and returned in months.

Project monitoring
We announced in April that we work closely together with EU FP6 Integrated Project Hyvolution to monitor the deliverables per subproject/ work package/ task/ partner and to facilitate project reporting. The functional design is ready and we are on schedule to deliver in Q3 2006.
New Item types
Project monitoring means new item types like Tasks, Deliverables, etc. We take the opportunity to enhance also the software with other new item types like Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Events, including registration information (export to .csv file), Weblog, etc.
